Louis Vuitton Resort 2011—Return to Woman’s Curves
"For Fall, Marc went back to curves, the woman. This is continuing in that spirit, but going to extremes with jewelry and accessories," announced design director Julie de Libran at Louis Vuitton’s Resort presentation at the Maritime Hotel.
One could see ultra-feminine clothes, with prints of fruit vines and peonies and pastel colors in this Louis Vuitton Galliera GM Monogram Canvas collection. There were dresses in upholstery floral worked onto Ford’s Emily Senko, and nipped waists. In Louis Vuitton Resort collection, there were louche glamour in cool striped silk blouses and solid suede jackets. Collection was a chic ease to the dresses, particularly butter yellow shorts suit with pale pink and green, keeping it feminine and pretty.
Models in Louis Vuitton collection were flaunting accessories like oversize chain necklaces, bold, floppy hats and leather driving gloves- all money in the bank for the brand. This collection was Ultra Feminine! All the information comes from http://www.handbagsmama.net
